The Acceptance of orders shall only take place based on the following conditions.
General
Once payment is confirmed, only then will the project/work be started.
Once a cancellation is done, it may not be undone and orders requested after that will be treated as a new order.
Projects that have passed 30 days without contact or further instruction from The Client are deemed to be final and no further work will be done and no money back will be provided.
Price
Additional Costs. To the project pricing and any and all outside costs including, but not limited to, equipment rental, photographer's costs and fees, photography and/or artwork licenses, prototype production costs, talent fees, music licenses, and stock photography will be billed to The Client unless specifically otherwise provided for in the Proposal.
Prices on website are only prices of ALXVCS solutions. This does not include external costs.
Cancellation of a project will result in 60% money back if cancelled within 48 hours. Cancellations after 48 hours but before 168 hours (7 days) will result in a 40% money back. All other cancelations after 168 hours (7 days) will result in no money back.
All Fees Should be paid fully in advanced of project.
Graphic Design
All designs will be provided in full colour and may also be provided in black & white upon request.
We do not provide source files (pdf, ai, etc.) due to size of the files and company policy. We save all these files in our database if clients should require them for future use.
Formats will be available in EPS, JPEG, PDF, TIFF and others upon request.
Web Design
Samples of the work will be provided before publishing pages.
We do not provide free hosting and or domain name.
If you are not satisfied, then 40% money back can be provided.
Printing
Delivery of goods will be available at a extra cost.
